Marina Gitas founded EZProrefm (formerly Rootsource Consulting) in 2018, with a vision to empower business owners using proven financial tools. After an accomplished 20+ year financial career in billion dollar corporations, Marina has shifted her focus to helping startups and small businesses realize their dreams. By utilizing her background in financial modeling, investor-focused presentations, business analysis, coaching, and real estate analysis, Marina works with business owners to optimize their business models, leading to increased success.
